At Arzaq, we are committed to providing authentic and high-quality products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns & Refunds for Orders Within India

  • Stitched and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Unstitched products can be returned within 7 days of delivery (no questions asked).
  • Customers must submit a return request within 7 days of delivery via email (arzaq.customer@gmail.com).
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

2. Returns for International Orders

  • Unstitched products are non-returnable once shipped.
  • Stitched and customized products are non-returnable.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • If the item is not found intact, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be processed.

3. Restocking Fees & Store Credit

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • To avoid the restocking fee, customers can opt for store credit instead of a refund.
  • Store credit has no expiry date and can be used for future purchases.

4. Refund Process

  1. Request a return:

    • Contact us via email (arzaq.customer@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery (India) or 48 hours for damaged/incorrect international orders.
    • Provide your order number and clear pictures of the product.
  2. Return the product:

    • The item must be in unused, original condition with tags and packaging intact.
    • Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.
  3. Verification & approval:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
  4. Refund processing:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Cancellations

  • Unstitched orders that have not been shipped or sent for stitching can be canceled.
  • Stitched and customized orders cannot be canceled once stitching has begun.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us before shipment or stitching starts.
