Yes, our products are 100% original and authentic. We do not deal in replicas, copies, or cloned items. All our products are shipped directly from the UAE and are sourced from genuine, authorized suppliers.

1.3 How do you ensure the authenticity of your products?

We take great pride in our sourcing process. We collaborate only with authorized suppliers who provide us with verifiable documentation of authenticity. This rigorous process guarantees that you receive only genuine products.

1.4 Do you ever sell replicas or cloned products?

No, we do not sell any replicas, copies, or cloned products. Our commitment is to offer only authentic items directly sourced from the official channels of the brands.

2. Orders & Products

2.1 What types of products do you offer?

We specialize in Eastern designer dresses and offer the following categories:

Unstitched: These are fabric pieces as received from our original supplier. Customers can either purchase them as is or opt for our stitching service.

Tailored (Stitched): Our in-house tailoring team stitches the dress before delivery, following the brand’s design with necessary adjustments for fit and modesty.

2.2 How does the stitching process work?

Our in-house tailoring team carefully stitches the dresses to match the brand’s fashion shoot designs while making necessary modifications for fit and modesty. Here’s how it works:

The stitching process typically takes 5-8 days.

Standard adjustments include adding sleeves, modifying back designs, and ensuring a modest yet stylish fit.

The overall silhouette, embroidery placements, and embellishments remain true to the brand’s original design.

2.3 Will my tailored suit look exactly like the brand’s photoshoot?

While we strive to match the brand’s original design as closely as possible, minor variations may occur due to:

Accessories & Styling: Elements such as belts, jewelry, and other props in the photoshoot may not be included. Accessories are procured separately, and styles may vary.

Fabric & Embroidery Placement: Some patterns may slightly differ based on the cutting and stitching process.

Color Differences: The fabric color may appear slightly different due to lighting variations in professional photography.

Modifications for Comfort & Modesty: Certain design elements like low backs, drop shoulders, and sleeveless styles are adjusted to standard backs, regular shoulders, and sleeves attached.

2.4 Can I request a specific stitching style?

For standard stitched dresses, we follow the brand’s original design with slight modifications for comfort.

For custom-stitched orders, we can accommodate specific requests based on your preferences. You can discuss details with us after selecting the "Customize" option at checkout.

2.5 Do the dresses come with accessories?

The dresses may come with fabric accessories like dupattas and trouser pieces as part of the original set.

Items such as jewelry, belts, or decorative pieces seen in brand photoshoots are typically not included. If available, we procure them separately, but the style may vary.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 How long does shipping take?

The shipping timeframe depends on the product type:

Sourced Products: These are procured from our suppliers and shipped within 10-12 days.

Ready-to-Ship Products: These are already in stock and are shipped within 2-3 days.

3.2 What is the total time for delivery?

The total time includes both shipping time and courier transit time:

Sourced Products (India): Orders take 13-17 days from placement to doorstep delivery.

Sourced Products (International): Delivery takes 20-24 days from order placement, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Ready-to-Ship Products (India): Delivered in 3-5 days, plus an additional 2-3 days for stitching if selected.

Ready-to-Ship Products (International): Delivered in 10-12 days, plus additional 2-3 days for stitching if selected.

3.3 Does stitching affect the shipping time?

Yes, for stitched orders, our in-house tailoring team requires 5-8 extra days to complete the stitching before the order is shipped.

3.4 Are there any customs duties?

Within India: No customs duties apply.

International Orders: Customs duties, if applicable, depend on the destination country. If any duties are required, we will notify you before shipment.

4. Payments & Pricing

4.1 What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure and flexible payment options for your convenience:

Online Payments: Processed through the Razorpay gateway, supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other digital methods.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available within India for select orders. COD may not be available for high-value or customized orders. There will be extra charges on COD ( Charged by delivery partners)

4.2 Are taxes included in the prices?

Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. The final price you see at checkout includes all applicable taxes, ensuring full transparency.

4.3 Are there any extra charges for COD orders?

Yes, COD orders may have an additional handling fee. The exact amount, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. This fees is fully charged by delivery partners.

4.4 Can I get a price breakdown or an invoice?

Yes, once you place an order, a detailed invoice will be provided, showing the product cost, taxes, shipping charges (if any), and any applicable fees.

4.5 Are there any hidden fees?

No, we maintain complete transparency in our pricing. Any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or COD charges are displayed before you finalize your order.

5. Returns & Cancellations

5.1 What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unstitched products under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original, unused, and unstitched condition with all tags intact.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

The refund will be processed once the product is received and verified at our facility.

Stitched and customized products are not eligible for returns unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

5.2 How will my refund be processed?

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during checkout. Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

5.3 Can I cancel my order?

Only unstitched orders and orders that are not under stitching can be canceled.

Cancellations must be requested before the order is shipped or before stitching has begun.

To cancel an order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped or is under stitching, cancellation will not be possible. You may refer to our return policy instead.
